Eligibility and Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if older) to use our Site and Services. By using our Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us immediately so we can remove it.

Purpose and Nature of the Services

Personal Development & Business Analysis:

Our Services are designed to support personal growth and business insights by providing general knowledge, suggestions, or strategies. S.A.M.™ is an advanced Large Language Model intended to generate responses to your inputs.

LLM Limitations:

S.A.M.™ may occasionally produce outputs that are inaccurate, incomplete, or out of context ("misdiagnosis" or misunderstanding). We strive for high-quality information but make no guarantee of accuracy. You agree to independently verify any information or recommendations before relying on them.

Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use our Site or Services:

• For unlawful activities or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations;
• To harass, threaten, defame, or otherwise harm any individual or entity;
• To request or generate content that is hateful, discriminatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
• To reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code or data from S.A.M.™ or our systems;
• To infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party;
• To introduce malware or attempt to compromise the security of our Site or Services.

Content Moderation and Removal:

We reserve the right to review and remove or block any content we deem to violate these Terms or pose risk to us or our users. We may terminate or suspend your access if you engage in prohibited conduct or violate these Terms.

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Content:

All text, graphics, trademarks (including S.A.M.™ and Structural Alignment Method™), logos, code, and other materials on the Site are the property of Inline Coaching or its content suppliers and are protected by relevant intellectual property laws. You receive a non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

User-Generated Content:

If you submit or upload content to our Site (e.g., prompts, text, information), you represent you have the legal right to do so. You retain ownership of the content you submit. However, you grant Inline Coaching a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, and otherwise use that content for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.

AI-Generated Outputs:

Any text, insights, or analysis generated by S.A.M.™ in response to your inputs ("AI-Generated Output") is provided to you under a license for your personal or internal business use. Inline Coaching disclaims any representations about the originality or potential third-party IP infringement in the AI-Generated Output. You are responsible for ensuring your use of such output complies with applicable law.

Privacy and Data Handling

Data We Collect:

We may collect certain personal information when you interact with our Site (e.g., name, email). We also collect data from your inputs or queries to S.A.M.™. Technical data such as IP addresses, browser type, and cookies may be collected automatically.

Anonymized Data for In-House Training:

We use anonymized or aggregated data from user prompts and interactions exclusively in-house to train and improve S.A.M.™. We do not sell or share such data with third parties for their independent use. Any data retained for training is de-identified to prevent linking it back to a specific user.

Third-Party Service Providers:

We may use trusted third-party hosting or analytics providers. These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and cannot use your data for any purpose other than to provide services to us.

Data Security:

We employ commercially reasonable measures (encryption, access controls, secure servers) to protect data. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. You acknowledge that Inline Coaching cannot guarantee absolute security against unauthorized access or system failures.

Retention:

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in these Terms or to comply with legal obligations. Anonymized data for model training may be retained indefinitely (as it cannot be linked to you).

Transfers of Ownership:

If Inline Coaching undergoes a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or reorganization, your personal data may be transferred to a successor entity. Any new entity will uphold at least the same level of data protection outlined in these Terms.

Your Privacy Rights:

Confidentiality

User-Provided Information: We treat any sensitive personal or business data you provide as Confidential Information. We use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain its confidentiality.

• Was already in our possession without confidentiality obligations,
• Is disclosed by a third party without restriction,
• Is independently developed by us without reference to your Confidential Information.

We may disclose Confidential Information if required by law or valid legal process; where permissible, we will attempt to provide notice to you.

Disclaimer of Warranties

No Warranties:

The Site and Services (including S.A.M.™) are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, with all faults and without warranties of any kind. Inline Coaching disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

No Guarantees on Results:

We do not promise any specific outcome or result from using our personal development or business analysis services.

Limitation of Liability

Exclusion of Damages:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inline Coaching and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or Services.

Cap on Liability:

In no event will Inline Coaching's total liability for all claims related to the Site or Services exceed the amount you have paid to Inline Coaching (if any) in the last six (6) months. If you have paid no fees, liability shall be limited to US $100.

Data Loss & System Failures:

We do not accept liability for lost data, service interruptions, or system failures. You are responsible for backing up any data you wish to preserve.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Inline Coaching and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your use or misuse of the Site or Services;
• Any content you submit or generate that infringes a third party's rights or violates applicable law.

Export Controls and Compliance

Compliance with Laws: You represent and warrant that your use of the Services does not violate any applicable export or trade laws, including those administered by the U.S. (e.g., Export Administration Regulations) or other jurisdictions.

Restrictions: You agree not to access or use S.A.M.™ if located in any embargoed or sanctioned country or if you are a person barred from receiving services under the laws of the United States or other applicable jurisdictions.

Changes to These Terms

Right to Modify: We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time.

Notice of Changes: If we make material modifications, we will notify you via email (if available) or by posting a prominent notice on the Site.

Acceptance of Changes: Your continued use of the Site or Services after the revised Terms go into effect indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Miscellaneous

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Inline Coaching regarding the use of the Site and Services, superseding any prior agreements.

No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of future enforcement of that right or provision.

Assignment: We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or by operation of law.

Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from causes outside our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, internet failures, acts of terrorism, labor disputes).
